Vision Logistics to Become Life Couriers

(Munich, 16 September 2024) – Leading UK healthcare logistics provider Vision Logistics has announced that it will be rebranded under the name Life Couriers. The company, founded in 2000 with its head office in Portsmouth (UK), specializes in logistics solutions for the healthcare sector, particularly with its award-winning Direct-to-Patient Delivery service. Vision Logistics has been part of the Life Couriers group since 2022. The rebranding marks the next step in the development of the global Life Couriers brand.

With the acquisition of Vision Logistics, Life Couriers added another market leader to its extensive portfolio of life science and healthcare logistics companies, while also expanding its footprint to the UK, the tenth European country in its network. The integration of Vision Logistics into the Life Couriers brand marks an important step in further strengthening Life Couriers’ global capabilities.

The current offerings and services at Vision Logistics will continue under the new name and all employees will be retained. In addition, the integration into the global Life Couriers network has already brought new service opportunities to the UK, such as the introduction of radiopharmaceutical deliveries for groundbreaking cancer treatment.
Through the acquisition of Vision Logistics, the Life Couriers team in Europe grew by over 20 percent, increasing the number of employees worldwide to over 750. Peter Smith will continue to oversee the UK operation of the Life Couriers network as Senior Vice President Life Couriers UK.
