Do you consent to be contacted by Life Couriers regarding potential driving opportunities?
Do you own a business with EIN?
Do you have a valid Driver's License?
Do you have a CDL (commercial driver's license)?
Are you willing to drive throughout your home state for contract work?
Are you willing to drive to other states on contract routes?
Do you have two or less moving violations on your driving record in the past 36 months from today's date?
Are you willing to submit to a background check and drug screening to be considered for a contract opportunity?
Are you able to complete our pre-contracting tasks (background check, drug screening, online training modules, and contract management platform enrollment) within 2 business days?
We cover the background screening costs upfront and then charge independent contractors back for up to $80 on their first commission settlement/earning. Are you willing to cover the cost of your background screenings in this way?
While we understand that recreational cannabis usage is legal in some states, Life Couriers operates under Federal DOT regulations, and a positive result will disqualify you from our contracts - even with a medical use card.  Please acknowledge:
