Your role
You lead process excellence for Life Couriers, covering the global standard and our European operations. You build the European team, set clear ways of working, and help every country follow them. You work closely with our US process excellence lead. You report to the COO.
What you will do
- Define the global operating standard: common processes, KPIs, and ways of working
- Build and lead a process excellence team in Europe
- Make sure there is one clear owner for each key process, and that standards are documented and followed
- Shift our focus from fixing problems to preventing them, with root cause analysis and structured improvement
- Support the national Heads of Operations as they put the standards into practice at their sites
- Work with IT and the business units so that new processes and tools are designed together
What you bring
- 12+ years in operations or continuous improvement, including 5+ years leading process excellence teams across several countries
- Proven record of building and embedding standard processes in a multi-site, multi-country organization
- Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent; strong change management skills
- Experience embedding new processes and systems across several sites is a strong plus
- Experience in logistics, healthcare, or another regulated sector is a strong plus
- Fluent English; German, French, or Dutch/Flemish is a plus
